I requested a new micro SIM card and on inserting it into my phone it now says no service where it should say the network provider. I have reset the phone and it’s still the same

Tring to activate my new 48 sim. Choosing the new number option for it. Have gone through all the steps. Did that yesterday but Still getting the "hang tough we are currently activating your new 48 sim" message. How long will it take? Thanks

Hi when ringing from 3 mobile to my number it's saying number is unavailable. This may be happing with other networks also. Eir operators can ring me with no issues. Can you help sorting out this issue
