You should log a support query so if you haven't done so already:

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

It may be a problem with your SIM that necessitates getting a replacement. You can do that here:

http://48months.ie/help/losthandset

but that will disable your existing SIM immediately leaving you offline until the new one arrives.

Alternatively get a free new SIM:

http://48months.ie/free-sim

and when it arrives DON'T register/activate it but instead log a support request asking 48 if they can activate it on your existing account/number.

Hope this helps.

Ah - I'm just speculating as to what might be wrong - and I could be completely off track! 🙂 Best to test a bit more as you say and maybe log a support query anyway to get 48 on the case.

Hope this helps.

Are you sure that this isn't a handset rather than a network issue?

Can you try another handset with your 48 SIM to see if it's a handset issue?

Hope this helps.

Im after tryin my sim in a different phone but same thing happening. It came back working today but den went again. I think the teckie team might need some time to sort it out.

But Im only a member 2 weeks so the sim can hardly be broke by now, can it? I might try that over the next few days to give the team time. Cheers dalyer
