I ordered the replacement SIM a full week ago and at this stage I'm not expecting it to arrive. I can't seem to order another one (i.e. I can't do step 1 of the 'change your sim' process again). if I just order a brand new sim unrelated to my existing account I'll lose my membership I think. help?
