If my original sin was a micro and New sin is nano, how can I copy my contacts to my new phone

As a Guido member can I call a mobile number in Qatar using my mobile minutes?

When receiving call only number shows not callers name

Incoming calls only show number not callers name and they are in my contact list

No phone connection
